1 Peter 5:8-9 NKJV
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
The devil cannot just come upon you and attack you. You can either allow the devil to attack you because you are ignorant of the authority you possess, or you can resist him and he will flee. You have to know that you have authority over the works of the devil. He can’t just do as he pleases around you. He is seeking someone he may devour. That means he needs your permission.
Declarations.
I have power and authority.
I bind the works of the devil.
Prophetic Instructions.
Don’t accept sickness as just sickness. See it as the works of the devil and cast it out the minute you feel it coming upon you.
Be bold and take your stand in faith and use the authority God has given you.
Take that position of authority in faith right now and cast out all the works of the devil. Don’t give him permission to devour you.
